For 26 years I've kept a firing log for every load of glass that has gone into my kilns. What started as a technical record gradually became something more: part manual, part diary, and a record of thousands of small lessons. I'm continuing to celebrate Color Out Loud, a special color inspired by Pride and the simple, powerful act of living openly in the world. Bright blue forms the foundation, while flashes of pink, lavender, silver, and green appear and disappear as the glass catches the light. Like people, it is never just one thing.

Throughout June, a portion of sales from Color Out Loud will be donated to OUT Maine, whose work helps create welcoming, affirming communities for LGBTQ+ youth across Maine.

Color has always been more than decoration to me. It can express joy, courage, individuality, and connection. Color Out Loud is a celebration of all of those things and a reminder that the world is brighter when everyone has the freedom to be themselves. 🌈✨

Upcoming Event: Belfast Arts in the Park

I'm excited to be returning to Belfast Arts in the Park for my third year! Join me on Saturday, June 27 and Sunday, June 28 along the beautiful waterfront in Belfast.

You'll find WindHorse Arts at Booth 113 on Harbor Walk, filled with handcrafted fused glass jewelry, this year's Color Drops, and a special event-exclusive color: Belfast Blue.
