Shipping + Returns

  • I want you to have your order as quickly as possible, so my studio is fully stocked. My goal is to send your order from my studio to your house the next business day after I receive your order. Most orders ship within 24 hours.

    Please make sure your shipping information is accurate I’m not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier due to incorrect shipping info on order form.

  • I ship to the United States, Canada and Mexico as well as more than 100 other countries. Please contact me directly at 207/449-6285 or email at hello@windhorsearts.com if you would like your order shipped outside of the United States

  • I want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied, please reach out to me, and I will assist in resolving any concerns. Items (excluding sale items) can be returned or exchanged hassle-free within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility, and refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 7-12 days for processing

  • In the unlikely event that your item has any defects or damage when you first receive it, please contact me within 5 days of receiving your order. If you believe your product was damaged during shipping, you must save all packaging materials and paperwork.

  • Standard shipping is a flat rate of $8.50 per order. Priority shipping is a flat rate of $15.00 per order. Shipping within the continental United States is provided primarily by the United States Postal Service.
