Thank you for your interest in becoming a WindHorse Arts stockist. I value thoughtful partnerships and want to make sure we’re a good fit for each other. Below are the standard terms and policies for wholesale orders. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions—I’m always happy to connect.

Minimum Orders

• Opening Order Minimum: $300

• Reorder Minimum: $150

Orders below the minimum may be accepted at my discretion with a small order fee.

Production & Lead Time

All pieces are handmade in my Vinalhaven, Maine studio.

• Typical lead time: 2–3 weeks

• Rush orders: Available on request, depending on workload

• You'll receive an estimated ship date at the time of order confirmation.

Payment Terms

• Prepayment is required for all orders unless otherwise agreed.

• Net 30 terms may be extended to returning retailers with established order history.

Shipping & Delivery

• Orders ship via USPS.

• Shipping charges will be included on your final invoice and are based on package weight and distance.

• All shipments include tracking and insurance.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of each piece:

• All sales are final

• Exchanges or credits are available only for items damaged in transit

• Notify me of any damage within 7 days of receipt (with photo documentation)

• I’ll gladly work with you on a fair resolution

Packaging & Display

• All pieces come pre-packaged with WindHorse Arts branding (tags, pouches, or cards)

• If you prefer unbranded packaging or want to use your own display system, just let me know

• I can provide basic signage, artist bio cards, or a small display stand upon request

Custom Orders

Interested in a custom colorway or a curated collection for your shop?

• I welcome custom wholesale orders with a minimum quantity of 10 pieces per style/color

• Lead times and pricing may vary depending on the project

Exclusivity

• I offer limited geographic exclusivity on a case-by-case basis

• Exclusivity is considered based on order volume and frequency

• Let’s chat if you’re interested in exclusive territory rights

Order Process

1. Submit an inquiry through the form on this page

2. I’ll review your application and reach out within 3–5 business days

3. Approved stockists will receive the latest line sheet and order form

4. Once your order is confirmed and paid, I’ll begin production

5. You’ll receive a shipping notification and tracking number upon dispatch
