The Belfast Blue necklace is designed to be the piece that naturally draws the eye. Suspended on its floating wire, the glass appears almost weightless, allowing the brilliant blue to take center stage. Layers of fused dichroic glass create subtle flashes of deeper sapphire that change throughout the day, making the necklace feel alive in different light. Whether worn alone or paired with the matching earrings, it brings a fresh burst of Maine coastal color to any outfit and serves as a beautiful reminder of summer by the harbor.

The square and diamond shapes are approximately 1.25” square. All necklaces are 18”, if you would like another length please let me know. The special one of a kind necklaces vary in size. The round necklaces are 2.5” in diameter.

WindHorse jewelry is meant to be worn and loved but it's always advisable to remove jewelry before exercising and swimming. Also, please avoid exposing jewelry to chemicals including hairspray and perfume. And remember this is glass and can break or chip if dropped on a hard surface. Treat pieces with care to avoid scratches. Please clean silver with a soft polishing cloth.

Every piece begins as sheets of colored glass and is carefully handcrafted in my studio on Vinalhaven Island, Maine. Because each firing produces its own unique interplay of color and light, no two pieces are exactly the same. The jewelry you receive will closely resemble the photographs shown while carrying its own distinctive character.
