The Belfast Blue Rivière is a celebration of color, light, and the simple pleasure of wearing something that makes you feel extraordinary. A continuous strand of luminous fused dichroic glass stones wraps gracefully around the neckline, each one hand-cut, kiln-fired, and finished in my Vinalhaven studio. Together they create a ribbon of brilliant blue that shifts from bright turquoise to rich sapphire as it catches the light.
Inspired by long summer days along Belfast's waterfront, this necklace captures the changing blues of the harbor, the sparkle of sunlight on the water, and the easy rhythm of a coastal town at its busiest and most beautiful. This necklace features 14 individually handcrafted fused dichroic glass stones linked with sterling silver connectors to create a graceful ribbon of color and light. Each glass stone measures approximately 5/8" square and is carefully shaped, fired, and finished by hand.
The necklace is adjustable from 16" to 18" in length, allowing it to be worn with a variety of necklines. Sterling silver chain and clasp provide a secure and comfortable fit.

WindHorse jewelry is meant to be worn and loved but it's always advisable to remove jewelry before exercising and swimming. Also, please avoid exposing jewelry to chemicals including hairspray and perfume. And remember this is glass and can break or chip if dropped on a hard surface. Treat pieces with care to avoid scratches. Please clean silver with a soft polishing cloth.
